The Buffalo Sabres have become one of the more fascinating teams to watch this season and those taking in the view of the team beyond the chilly confines of Western New York are enjoying the high-pace and goal-scoring the young team is providing.
But it’s the business end of the game that has people keeping a keen eye on Buffalo, and for many, has them scratching their heads and wondering what the hell they’re doing signing their young players with limited time in the NHL to long-term extensions.
